Fix Thunderbird Send Mail Issue

Thunderbird seems to always "hang" when sending emails for both Gmail and Outlook. It turns out that there is actually a solution for this.

1. Click Edit->Account Settings from the file menu.

2. Click Copies & Folders

3. Untick "Place a copy in:" and ensure no copies are placed anywhere when sending messages as shown below.
