GitLab - Default Configuration File

When deploying a GitLab instance, a lot of configuration needs to happen within the gitlab.rb file. This is where one would configure their SMTP settings, and enable the registry etc. Sometimes it may be useful to view the original, in order to "reset", or in order to be able to quickly see the changes that one has made (through the use of a diff tool).
